At Gildas we feel privacy is very, very important. The internet today is monetizing this service and that web site. We will never do that. Our service is exclusively for our members. Period.

Any data you submit to us, is only used for the purpose it's intended for, such as regisitration. We never sell on your data, or any analytics data. We don't collect data from services like Google Analytics either.

KYC and AMLA Compliance

Although we are not obliged to comply with KYC and AMLA laws because gold and silver are exempt legally. We still do collect the basic KYC data like name, passport or ID and contact details. This is as much to protect you in the event of a dispute or claim on your part. It also protects us, so we can be here for a every long time.
